This project aimed at finding ways on how we can reduce the time in creating the client mails using SQL and export the metrics to be pasted in the mail. Here is a little summary: - The client relied on manually compiled metrics for routine client emails, causing delays and occasional inaccuracies building. - Automate the creation and delivery of mail metrics so reports are accurate and reproducible given the structure of the report stays the same. - Leveraged some of the tags to extract, transform and compute mail metrics. Uploaded an Excel template in the SQL tool that allowed the metrics to be exported for all the teams that were processed to integrate outputs into the client-email generation process. - Eliminated manual metric compilation, improved timeliness and accuracy of client communications, and freed up time for higher‑value work.
