This project analyzes how our gym can boost sign-ups by effectively targeting specific demographics, leveraging membership distribution and workout preferences. Key findings include: - Strength Training Popularity : 26.52% of members focus on strength training, indicating a preference for muscle building. - Gender Disparity : Males make up 52.52% of members, presenting an opportunity for female-focused engagement strategies. - Cardio as a Key Offering : Cardio is the most preferred workout, suitable for attracting diverse members. - Weight and Body Fat Categories : Overweight (6.27%) and obese (4.83%) members in the 46-55 age group indicate a strong demand for weight management programs. High fat levels (59.40%) across all members reinforce this need. RECOMMENDATIONS: - Expand Strength Training Facilities: Add machines and programs targeting muscle building. - Target Female Engagement: Create marketing campaigns and classes tailored to women. - Promote Cardio Programs: Share success stories to encourage sign-ups for cardio sessions. - Focus on the 46-55 Age Group: Develop targeted offerings for this demographic, such as HIIT and strength training programs. - Develop Targeted Weight Management Programs: Launch programs with nutritional guidance and workshops, targeting both younger members and those in the 46-55 age group. Tools Used: Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn), demographic analysis, and data visualization techniques. Here is the python project link. The code includes EDA, visualizations, and the derivation of key insights and recommendations based on membership data.
