- SITUATION : Company was facing an issue of a real time data updates. Management wanted to have the insights ready as per their convenience. - TASK : Task was to understand the data architecture and how insights were getting generated before - ACTION : Spoke with various stakeholders and team leaders to understand how data is getting stored. Suggested 1 centralized sheet for all teams which used data vaildation techniques like drop-downs and date validations and conditional formatting in Google Sheets. I then took the centralized sheet and created team wise sheet that provides real time insights to the management which helped them have a look at the employee's performance as per their convenience. - RESULT : This led to increase in data availability by 20% which ensured that management is able to take the correct business decision on the correct time helping the organization grow and not stay behind.
